IFN Membership

How to apply, what's included and what it costs to become an IFN member.

+How do I apply for IFN membership?
Submit your application through the IFN online registration form at app.ifnfamily.com/register. You will provide your company details, three external agent references, and your preferred membership tier. IFN's team reviews every application individually and responds within a few business days. → Start your application
+What are the IFN membership plans and prices?
IFN offers two membership tiers: Premium at $750/year and Gold at $1,250/year. Both include full platform access, member directory listing, financial protection, and conference eligibility. +What are the eligibility requirements to join IFN?
To join IFN, your company must: have been operating in freight forwarding or logistics for at least 3 years, provide three external agent references from outside your home country, have a good professional and financial reputation, not currently be a member of more than 3 other freight networks, and commit to attending the Annual General Meeting and following the IFN Code of Ethics.
+Can I join IFN if I am already in other freight networks?
Yes, in most cases. IFN allows membership alongside other networks provided you are not already in more than 3 others and can commit to active IFN participation including the annual conference.
+How long does the application process take?
IFN's team reviews applications individually and typically completes the process within a few business days. You will receive an acknowledgement immediately upon submission and will be kept informed throughout.
+What happens after my application is approved?
You will receive a draft company profile for your review and confirmation. Once you confirm and payment is received, your membership activates immediately — your profile goes live in the directory, you are announced to the entire network, and you are promoted on the IFN homepage as a new member.
