IFN Global Connect 2027 brings independent freight forwarders and logistics companies from 93+ countries to Bangkok, Thailand, from 23 to 26 May 2027. Four days built around pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings, a market plenary, the IFN Founder Partnership Awards gala night and a guided Bangkok experience — in a room where every company has already been vetted. Membership is the only way in.
Conference access is included with IFN membership. Delegate places for Bangkok are confirmed to members first — if you are not a member yet, start your application and we will review it before the delegate list closes.
IFN Global Connect is not a trade fair with a badge scanner at the door. It is a working event: you arrive with an agenda, sit down with the partners you came for, and leave with business in motion.

The plenary covers what you actually quote on: rate levels, capacity, compliance and the trade lanes that are moving. Forwarder content, not a vendor pitch in a conference hall.
Delegates leave Bangkok with named contacts, rate requests and agent agreements already in progress. In Pattaya, one sponsor told us inquiries had landed before their flight home.
Day three closes with the IFN Founder Partnership Awards: dinner, live entertainment and the awards that recognise the members who show up for the network all year round.
Day four is a guided Bangkok experience with the same people you will be shipping with for the next twelve months. That is where partnerships actually get built.

Programme note: timings are indicative until the Bangkok venue announcement. Registered delegates receive the confirmed four-day schedule first.
